This role works closely with Partner Services Managers, leadership, and internal partners to assess capacity, set priorities, and create and maintain a comprehensive project roadmap outlining all active and upcoming initiatives. The Partner Project Specialist ensures ongoing visibility into project scope, timelines, risks, and status across the organization.
In addition, the Partner Project Analyst serves as operational and leadership backup, leveraging their expertise to support the team as needs arise. In this capacity, the role may assist with daily team assignments, help navigate escalations, and collaborate with internal and external partners to drive timely and effective resolutions.
What you will do
Operational & Leadership Backup
Serve as operational and leadership backup as needed to support continuity of work
Assist with daily team assignments and workload coordination during leadership absences
Help navigate escalations by gathering details, coordinating stakeholders, and driving resolution
Support leadership decision-making by presenting options, impacts, and recommendations
Project Ownership & Execution
Own and support the execution of internal and external partner-focused projects from intake through completion
Manage project initiation, requirements analysis, planning, construction, and transition.
Manage assigned projects according to established priorities, timelines, and business requirements
Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes
Develop project plans, timelines, and schedules, identifying resources and potential roadblocks.
Develops and delivers clear, effective project communications for both internal and external audiences.
Support the development and updating of processes, procedures, and training documentation
Ensure effective handoffs and knowledge transfer across teams
Assists with creation of new partner integration work to onboard and build out Partner service model
Own the creation and testing of all custom processes involving money movement or new intake processes
Ensure project work aligns with internal standards, partner agreements, and compliance requirements
Promote accuracy, consistency, and quality in all project-related deliverables
Vendor/Customization Management
Manage relationships and communications between HSA Bank and its vendors, with a focus on supporting and executing custom processes.
Ability to develop and implement vendor management policies and strategies
Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs
Serve as a primary point of coordination between Partner Services, internal teams, and external partners
Facilitate communication to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, expectations, and next steps
Support partner inquiries, requests, and issue resolution related to active projects
Other items as assigned by manager and business needs require.

Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
4 years of customer service experience with large Employers, Partners, Vendors
4 years of HSA Bank experience is preferred or like experience with products suite we offer
2 years’ project management experience
The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000USD to $59,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
