We're looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join our HSA Bank team. This is a hybrid role and can be based in Connecticut and/or Wisconsin.

 

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll join our Platform Marketing team that owns email campaign execution. We build scalable programs to serve our rapidly growing community of prospects and customers - across a range of solutions in the HSA ecosystem. You'll help to drive the maturation of our email program as we seek to deliver personalized, relevant communications at scale, optimize engagement, and help employers and members experience values from our solutions.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, create, and design emails & broader campaigns, including growth marketing, onboarding, servicing, and announcements for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C audiences
  • Conduct A/B email tests, and track, analyze, and optimize the performance of campaigns and overall strategy, and socialize results with the team
  • Develop and manage engagement programs focused on onboarding, activation, solution adoption, and more within defined customer and prospect segments
  • Maintain a rigorous and organized view of the experiences and communications we are delivering across our key segments.
  • Structure and oversee data projects to understand customer behavior and create strategies based on results to drive, acquisition, retention, and LTV
  • Learn our business and our customers, and take the initiative to identify new engagement strategies that fit within our objectives
  • Partner with Marketing Operations leadership on MarTech stack and vendor management strategies, to improve customer personalization and efficiencies

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Live within 1-2 hours of Milwaukee, WI or Southington, CT -- role is hybrid currently, with face to face team meetings in office at least monthly -- and more frequently during first 90 days of employ.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role focused on managing and executing email campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot
  • Great collaborator, team player, and able to build a working relationship with cross-functional team
  • Excellent and demonstrated written, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and project management skills with a high standard for quality
  • Demonstrated expertise in data-management and reporting use-cases -- to account for complex business rules for customer inclusion or exclusion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve effectively
  • Manage multiple projects with different deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, able to challenge the status quo and identify and implement opportunities for improvement
  • Banking and Healthcare industry verticals are a plus, and experience working with multiple customer use-cases - both B2B and B2C -- preferred
