Job Summary:

We’re seeking a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Analyst with a passion for enhancing customer experiences and a talent for aligning brand elements across collateral and digital experiences.

*** This is a fully remote position, however, looking for candidates to reside in the Milwaukee, WI footprint (or radius of an hour drive) due to traveling into the office for team meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop content to support current and prospective customers and partners.

  • Write, edit and review copy to align with brand voice and style guide.

  • Work closely with the product development team to understand product features and enhancements.

  • Provide input on website design and functionality from a marketing perspective to ensure it meets brand requirements, customer needs and expectations.

  • Ensure that website updates are effectively communicated and that all website directions and collateral are in line with overall marketing strategies and objectives.

  • Create project briefs in collaboration with marketing team and LOB stakeholders.

  • Manage within deadlines and with attention to detail.

  • Follow projects through all stages of development, review, approval and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, graphic design, web design, digital marketing, business, communications, or relevant field.  

  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing and online customer experience.

  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles.

  • Handles day-to-day challenges confidently and willing to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively as part of a dynamic team.

  • Strong planning, organization, and project management skills.

  • Computer proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office Suite programs, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with Workfront or other project management tool is preferred, but not required.

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000USD to $75,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
