Overview of position

Responsibilities
- Develop content to support current/prospective customers and partners.
- Write communications to customers to explain account changes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and readability.
- Manage content in the digital asset management system.
- Research content topics to ensure that content is relevant and engaging.
- Work with designer, writers, strategist, project managers and internal stakeholders.
- Follow projects through all stages of development, review, approvals and uploading to marketing asset management portal.
- Carefully proofread and edit all creative content for brand and tone following our company’s style guide and AP style.
- Continuously learn our business and customers and take the initiative to identify new engagement strategies that fit within our objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, Communications, or relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar.
- Strong grasp of the English language and grammar rules, knowledge of AP style standards.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively as part of a dynamic team.
- Strong planning, organization, and project management skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with a digital asset management system, Workfront, Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability.
- Handles day-to-day challenges confidently and willing to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
The estimated salary range for this position is $46,000.00 USD to $69,600.00 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
