Collaborates with internal business owners - especially Executive Management and HR - to develop and execute on a variety of internal and external communication plans based on target audience persona insights to help drive the goals of the business, and the overall brand of HSA Bank. Supports a variety of public relations, corporate reporting, and community activities.
 
Major Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist in reviewing and assessing media opportunities, responding accurately and timely
  • May write and/or edit press release copy, and facilitate approvals
  • Research and execute on reputation management/award activities
  • Write and distribute weekly internal newsletter to all employees
  • Write and/or edit and format Executive Management and HR communications
  • Schedule company-wide communications
  • Prepare and disseminate company progress reports to employees
  • Develop quarterly Town Hall programming
  • Perform other communication duties as assigned
Experience, Education & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, communications, or related field is required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and issues simultaneously
  • Strong oral and written skills, interpersonal and human relations skills.
  • Experience in media relations, crisis communication, corporate public relations or agency experience preferred
