Implementation Manager-- HSA Bank

HSA Bank delivers industry-leading Consumer-Directed Healthcare (CDH) products such as HSAs, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), and Commuter Benefits to 2 million members across the United States.
Position Summary:
To lead a team of implementation managers through the client onboarding and implementation of CDH Products. Engagements may include new client implementations, changes in existing client configurations, file feed set up, and transfers.
* Lead and grow a team of Implementation Managers that own client onboarding across HSA Bank book of business.
* Drive operational excellence for the implementation management function.
* Lead from the front and provide hands-on management and oversight for your teams and client implementations.
* Ensure team members are knowledgeable of HSA Bank's product portfolio, trained on all HSA Bank processes and procedures, and prepared to perform at the appropriate level.
* Maintain full accountability for the administrative functions including setting team goals as aligned with targets established by the leadership team; and developing and managing procedures, policies for effective implementation delivery and cost containment.
* Monitor, assess and control the team's operational performance.
* Allocate assignments to best utilize resources, meet department and client objectives, and deliver high quality service across the implementation book of business.
* Serves as a point person for others to lend expertise and provide project and technical advice based on experience and specialized knowledge respective to a particular operational function.
* Provide support for escalated technical, operational or client issues.
* Assist team members with their approach to projects, analysis and technical issues.
* Mentor and coach team members to align with their individual goals and desired career path.
* Facilitates team meetings and delegates responsibilities to other team members as well as keeping the team focused on tasks and timelines/deadlines.
* Generate innovative creative solutions to work situations, organizational problems and opportunities
* Build and maintain reporting and operational management for client implementations and team capacity planning.

* Experience managing an implementation team, including recruiting, training, staffing, and performance management for diverse staff
* Proven, hands-on experience successfully onboarding and or implementing clients in complex, data rich environments; strong preference for experience in CDH Products
* Excellent people management skills with the ability to lead collaboration across functions and organizations

* Able to travel between Sheboygan and Milwaukee Offices
* Bachelor's degree preferred
