Job Summary:

The Web Analyst will work closely with the Product and Customer Experience teams to implement, measure and analyze customer usage of online products to ensure that desired outcomes are being met and to identify opportunities for enhanced user experiences. The primary tracking and measurement tool currently in use is Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, however that may change over time.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work with Product team to understand the business needs and desired outcome metrics.

  • Determine most important KPIs to track

  • Implement Tags in Google Tag Manager and funnels and events in Google Analytics to track KPI

  • Monitor performance trends with product managers using Google Tag

  • Discuss and share findings of the customer experience and behavior with the Product and CX team to influence product and design decisions

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams 

  • Work with technical team to establish best practices for testing software.

  • Additional duties may include:

    • Plan, develop and manage web and mobile campaign and channel tracking for Advisor product.

    • Communicate with marketing department about analysis from Advisor campaigns.

Education, Experience & Skills:

  • High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

  • Strong quantitative analytical skills.

  • 2-5 year of experience in web analysis, online commerce, or related fields.

  • Must have experience coding HTML, CSS and Javascript

  • Must have experience designing, implementing and evaluating A/B tests.

  • Must have experience with SQL.

  • Must have experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

  • Must have experience with Tableau.

  • Familiarity with Design Systems, Atomic Design, Lean UX, Design-Thinking, and Agile Scrum a big plus. In-depth knowledge of web analytics.

  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.

  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

The estimated salary range for this position is $115,000USD to $125,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
