Summer Intern Program duration: June 2 - August 8, 2025

Primary duties and responsibilities:

The HSA Bank Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Intern with a focus on content creation. This includes supporting a wide range of marketing efforts, along with potential support across the entire Marketing department as needed.

• Write, edit and proof copy for presentations, webpages, flyers, emails, and other materials in accordance with company style guide

• Assist in rebranding existing marketing collaterals such as presentation, flyers and more to reflect a newly established brand identity

• Conduct research on various marketing trends

• Collaborate with colleagues throughout the company to determine project requirements and complete projects

• Attend and actively participate in regular Marketing team meetings

Location:  Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid)

Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements for Interns:

• Current undergraduate rising Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited college or university who is pursuing a degree in related field (marketing, communications, digital media studies, journalism, business administration) and has an interest in the banking/financial services industry

• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Resourceful, enthusiastic, and proactive

• Highly organized

• Demonstrated strong attention to detail

• Experience creating and delivering presentations

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems

• Collaborative and inclusive team player

• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

The estimated salary range for this position is $20.00USD to $22.00USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
