Job Summary:
Reporting to the Managing Director, Partnership Marketing, the Partnership Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the communications relationship and custom marketing programs for select employers and strategic partners. This role will act as a communications consultant to mid-size to large employers and health plans by developing custom, structured marketing programs to engage their employees and drive program value to clients.
Key responsibilities for the role:
Client facing role acting as a communications consultant that interacts with both current and prospective employers and partners.
Develops, implements and manages annual communication calendar for specific employers and partners such as health plans.
Executes the custom communication calendar by partnering across the Marketing Department for deliverables such as emails, direct mail, resource centers/microsites, collateral and transition communications. Partners with the Relationship Manager to obtain client feedback/approvals.
Collaborates with various functions within the Marketing department and works closely with the Growth and Implementation teams to lead various Marketing partnerships to ensure the successful program execution and growth.
Onboarding communications and support for select mid-size to large employers to ensure transition for custom marketing clients and acquired portfolios.
Engages key client personnel via phone, email, virtual meetings and onsite visits.
Present at RFP finalist presentations as necessary.
Conduct and attend marketing workshops as necessary with clients either virtually or in-person.
Lead various cross-team internal and external communications workstream calls with employers or partners including developing agendas and providing meeting minutes.
Manage Salesforce pipeline and tracking activities for new and existing custom Marketing Services clients.
Work with analytics lead to develop results for custom communications.
Partners with team to grow Marketing Services to recommend and develop efficiencies for overall program growth.
Key skills/experience qualifications for the role:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business is preferred.
Strong background in a variety of B2B and B2C marketing functions such as digital/web, social media, email communications, direct mail, campaign management, metrics/analytics, and vendor management.
5-7 years of related work experience in client services and/or account management is required. Previous agency experience a plus.
Experience working with mid-size to larger employers is preferred.
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability. Handles day-to-day challenges confidently and willing to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
Keen ability to interact with clients at all levels of their organization.
Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Energetic, results-oriented professional.
Strong project management skills with the ability effectively problem solve.
Experience with Salesforce preferred.
Financial, healthcare, insurance, software/technology experience is preferred
Fully remote position, but must reside in either Central or Eastern time zones
Approximately 5-10% travel is required (approximately 3-4 trips per year). Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. Longer distance travel via airline will also be required.
Ideal candidate would reside within 2 hours of the Milwaukee, WI for occasionally in-person collaboration and team meetings. Candidates in other locations will be considered but would need to travel to Milwaukee 1-2 times per year.
The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000USD to $100,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
