This Is a Home-based Position Located In The Central U.S. The AVP will leverage HSA Bank’s Resources To Sell Health-related Benefit Solutions, Including:
Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs)
Commuter Benefits (Mass Transit & Parking)
Lifestyle Spending and Emergency Savings Accounts
Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with employers, national consultant firms, medical carriers, third-party administrators, and other key influencers within each account.
What you will do
Overall management of territory pipeline
Achieve and exceed annual revenue goals
Oversee and maintain informational data for all assigned clients/prospects for individual territory book of business within Salesforce
Achieve 100% plus of revenue business goals by end of selling season to deliver target revenue for LRP of the new year
Manage overall travel & entertainment within territory’s allocated budget.
Skills and Abilities
Salesforce or other CRM tool skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Education Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or relevant professional experience preferred
Experience Qualifications
3-5 years of of sales experience in Employee Benefits, Asset Management or Benefits Consulting required
Previous experience working in a high growth financial industry preferred
The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000USD to $85,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
