Provide expertise and technical advice to implementation managers based on experience and specialized knowledge respective to a particular operational function. Advises and assists implementation managers with approach to analysis and solution design. Provides support for escalated technical, operational and customer issues including but not limited to research of the issue, evaluation of solutions and follow up with respective parties within the scope of authority.

Leverage business acumen, influential leadership and integration expertise to deliver successful business integrations with complex rapid-pace CDH/Notional and HSA products

Proactively lead the identification of and the design of partner implementation process improvements

Approves release of BRD (Business Requirements Documents) and HLD (High Level Design) documents.

Assists with understanding the ROI of a particular partner, including understanding how design decisions may impact the profitability.

May assist in support of some sales activities, including some finalist presentation support, usually via phone or in deck preparation.

Must interact with mid-level executive at partners and influence decisions towards the proper design of solutions.
